What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay online using your credit card via Worldpay ( our preferred method ) or Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account. We also allow bank transfers. Please contact us if you require this service.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
At this stage we only deliver within New Zealand.

What will I be charged for delivery?
Products are pre-set with the postage and handling charges.

Can I get a refund?

If you receive a faulty product we will refund the money to you. However if you just change your mind then no refund will be given.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once your payment has been approved and processed.
